Tommaso Rollo received his PhD and his M.Sc. in electronic engineering, with a specialization in nano-electronic device modeling, from the University of Udine in 2019 and 2015. After a year as Research Fellow on ferroelectric-based device modeling for low-power and AI applications, he worked as nanofabrication Process Engineer for two years. Now he is working as Device Engineer for Applied Materials, mainly focusing on the physical characterization and modeling of advanced and novel memory devices.
