Stefan Slesazeck received the diploma and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from TU Dresden in 2000 and 2004. From 2003 till 2009 he was device engineer in semiconductor industry. Since 2009 Stefan is with NaMLab gGmbH in Dresden. As Senior Scientist he focuses on device development for memories and unconventional computing. Currently Stefan is coordinator of the EU HORIZON project FIXIT.

Suzanne Lancaster studied Physics at the University of Sheffield (2013) and received her PhD in Solid State Electronics from the Technical University of Vienna (2019). Since 2020, she works at NaMLab gGmbH in the field of processing, characterisation and heterointegration of ferroelectric films. Since 2024 she is a Senior Scientist with a focus on the interplay of material properties and device operation.
M.Sc. Athira Sunil

Athira Sunil received her M.Sc. in Nanoelectronic Systems with a specialization in the field of semiconductor technology from TU Dresden in 2023. From June 2024, she has been working at Namlab gGmbH as a PhD student with a focus on material development of ferroelectric HfO2, device integration and characterization of ferroelectric capacitors for ferroelectric field effect transistors (FeFET) and ferroelectric tunnel junctions (FTJ).
M.Sc. Chong Peng

Chong Peng obtained his Master’s degree in Materials Science with a specialization in semiconductor materials and devices from RWTH University in 2024. Since September 2024, he has been pursuing his PhD at NaMLab gGmbH, focusing on the characterization and modeling of HfO2-based ferroelectric memory devices (FEMFET, FTJ, FeCAP). His research also includes the design of circuits and test structures for ferroelectric device-based neuromorphic accelerators.
Dr. Viktor Havel

Viktor Havel received his M.Sc. in electrical engineering in 2010 from Czech Technical University in Prague and his Ph.D. in 2016 from RWTH Aachen University. Since 2017 Viktor is with NaMLab gGmbH in Dresden and he is in charge of electrical measurement laboratories as well as of chip design layout and process flow.
